KU Barbell Club enables and encourages its members to optimize their own physical strengths in 10 key areas: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM KU BARBELL CLUB
Members will quickly learn the term WOD (Workout of the Day), which varies from day to day. Within this framework, KUCrossFit members will learn and master the Nine Foundational Movements of CrossFit. These include the: air squat, front squat, overhead squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull and medicine ball clean.
