How long will it take to receive my order from KnuckleUp Fitness?
Once you place your order our credit card processor validates your credit card information and assigns an order number to your transaction. This takes anywhere from a few hours to a full 24 hours. Once we receive the order number, we package your goods and mail them within 24 to 48 hours. We ship all packages in the USA and Canada via UPS, which typically takes 2-5 days. This may take longer for Hawaii and Alaska.
How does Knuckle Up Fitness protect customer information?
Protecting the safety of your credit card information is important to us.
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us.
SSL is the gold standard in Internet encryption technology, which is a fancy way of saying that it's a highly sophisticated method of scrambling data as it travels from your computer to our website's server.
To make sure you are accessing our secure server before you submit personal financial information, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), then SSL is active. To double-check for security, look at the URL or Location line of your browser. If you have accessed a secure server, the first characters of the address in that line should change from "http" to "https."
Some browser versions and some firewalls don't permit communication through secure servers like the ones we use to process orders at KnuckleUpFitness.com. What Does Knuckle Up Fitness charge for shipping for items in the USA?
We charge standard UPS Ground rates that depend on weight simply put the items in your cart that you want and proceed with the order and it will let you know the shipping rates before you buy it.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is placed online, it can not be cancelled. Please refer to the Exchange and Refund Policies for additional options.
What is your Exchange Policy?
Knuckle Up Fitness has a NO REFUND, NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE policy on BOOTCAMPS, SEMINARS and FIGHT PACKAGES.
We will gladly exchange any approved clothing and gear purchases provided the following:

The exchange is received by Knuckle Up Fitness within 30 days from the ship date on the invoice.

The product(s) are in new condition with orginial packaging and have not been used, washed or worn.

The original packaging slip and note with the item you would like to exchange your purchase for must be included in the package.

Reasonable care has been taken when sending the items back.

What is your Return Policy?
Knuckle Up Fitness has a NO REFUND, NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE policy on BOOTCAMPS, SEMINARS and FIGHT PACKAGES.
All other returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
We will gladly accept returns of approved clothing and gear purchases within 30 days from the ship date on the invoice provided the following:
