- Weekday evening classes are fifty minutes
- Members and guests should arrive ten minutes early for class to check in and have your hands wrapped
- Blue belts and above only in Blue Belt + Classes
- White belts must attend only Fundamental Classes
- In order to attend NO-GI Class, you must have earned your first stripe on your white belt in the GI Jiu Jitsu Program
- Knuckle Up Fitness™ encourages members to bring guests. If bringing a guest please call ahead and check in at the front desk
- Members may bring a different guest every visit or the same guest once every ninety days
- Out of town guest fee is $20 per class
- Knuckle Up Fitness™ reserves the right to substitute instructors and change schedules
