KnuckleUp Fitness™ Sandy Springs / N. Buckhead Club is conveniently located right outside Buckhead on Roswell Road in the Wholefoods Shopping Center. This 20,000 square foot school features a 16 x 16 regulation boxing ring, several thousand square feet of grappling mats, free weights, spin class center and more than 100 kickboxing heavy bags. Our expert, on-site instructors teach classes daily in Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Submission Fighting for all levels of experience. - Weekday evening classes are fifty minutes
- Members and guests should arrive ten minutes early for class to check in and have your hands wrapped
- Blue belts and above only in Blue Belt + Classes
- White belts must attend only Fundamental Classes
- In order to attend NO-GI Class, you must have earned your first stripe on your white belt in the GI Jiu Jitsu Program
- KnuckleUp Fitness™ encourages members to bring guests. If bringing a guest please call ahead and check in at the front desk
- Members may bring a different guest every visit or the same guest once every ninety days
- Out of town guest fee is $20 per class
- KnuckleUp Fitness™ reserves the right to substitute instructors and change schedules
