Whether you want to fight competitively, learn to defend yourself or just train to get in shape, you will find that training along side professional fighters will get you the best results and more wins under your belt than other less established programs.

KnuckleUp Fitness has cultivated a winning atmosphere to showcase our talent all across Georgia and the United States. Look for our next KnuckleUp Production and see for yourself that we are the real deal when it comes to mixed martial arts.

Mixed Martial Arts Program Format

The techniques utilized in mixed martial arts competition generally fall into two categories: striking techniques (such as kicks, knees and punches) and grappling techniques (such as clinch holds, pinning holds, submissions, sweeps, takedowns and throws). At KnuckleUp Fitness, our MMA program is just that, utilizing a combination of our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai classes we focus on helping you develop the relevant skills and cutting-edge techniques needed to compete. In addition to our classes, we are the only program in the state to have their very own fight league.

Exclusive to KnuckleUp Fitness Members

The KnuckleUp Fight League will help you learn how to train for a competition event, be coached effectively, and feel what it’s like to compete in front of your friends and family. Competing in these leagues will also give you an idea of where you stack up against other people at your weight and experience level. Each quarter, KnuckleUp Fitness holds a simulated professional tournament in a safe, structured environment. This single elimination competition will let you go toe to toe with another fighter all behind the spotlight and without your record on the line.
