Our expert, on-site instructors teach classes daily in Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing and Submission Fighting for all levels of experience. Check the school schedule below for detailed daily class times and information.
- Weekday evening classes are fifty minutes
- Members and guests should arrive ten minutes early for class to check in and have your hands wrapped
- KnuckleUp Fitness™ encourages members to bring guests. If bringing a guest please call ahead and check in at the front desk
- Members may bring a different guest every visit or the same guest once every ninety days
- Out of town guest fee is $20 per class
- KnuckleUp Fitness™ reserves the right to substitute instructors and change schedules
