As General Manager of Knuckleup's Alpharetta location, CJ developed his passion for the health and fitness business after training under numerous personal training directors

While CJ still competes in Jiu Jitsu tournaments and is now trying his hand at boxing, he enjoys talking to people about fitness and the training benefits that Knuckleup provides. "The thing that sets us apart from other gyms is that not only do you get a serious workout and training here--- we are also a very entertaining and fun group of trainers," he said. "Workout with a smile."

CJ recently placed 1st in the GI Blue Belt Cruiser Weight and 2nd in the NO-GI Beginner Cruiser Weight at the 2008 NAGA US Nationals in May 2008. He also came in 3rd in the GI Masters White Belt Middle Weight and NO-GI Master's Beginner Middle Weight divisions at the NAGA Georgia Grappling Championships in 2006.
