So as you all know, in conjunction with their team training and belt promotions, the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu team is throwing us a party tomorrow at our Sandy Springs / Buckhead location. All of the other KnuckleUp locations are cancelling their BJJ classes and coming to that location for a great day of training, games, food and camaraderie. The team would also like to invite any and all of you to come take the class with them, they want a chance to show you what they do.

So, if you have ever wondered what all those guys and girls are doing on the kimonos over there on the blue mats, come in to the Buckhead school and take the class tomorrow. It’s going to be super fun. Class starts at 11, so try it out!
