Regardless of size or fighting style it soon became clear that Brazilian Jiu Jitsu provided the skill set needed to be a Mixed Martial Arts Champion.
Thirteen years after the first UFC, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has become a cornerstone in all successfull MMA competitor's training regimines. Furthermore, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is one of the fastest growing sports in the world today.
