Bootcamp

Bootcamp

KnuckleUp Fitness™ now offers BOOTCAMP twice a week at Chastain Park. Meet us at the corner of Lake Forrest and Wieuca (you should see our KnuckleUp flag) Tuesdays and Thursdays!

BOOTCAMP starts at 6 a.m. and finishes at 7:00 a.m., so don’t be late. We recommend you getting their 15 minutes early to start warm-up.

The workout regiment is led by Jason Colleran. Every student can expect a combination of agility and plyometric drills along with a mixture of long distance running, sprints, and a host of other effective exercises to keep your blood pumping and the workout fun. We will push you from the get-go. At KnuckleUp, we encourage our members to push themselves, past what they think MIGHT be their mental and physical limitations. With our exercise combinations and unfaltering encouragement, we've developed a bootcamp formula that works for everyone and produces results.

WHY START A CLASS

It may be cliché but it holds true that nothing worth having is easy and any class here at KnuckleUp Fitness™ will push you. This particular class requires a lot from a person but the payoffs are huge. Getting up early to attend a 6 a.m. class and making it through the first 10 minutes is the hardest part. The rest of your time will be filled with a feeling of accomplishment followed by a productive day because you started it off right.

  • We will inquire and check on your eating habits

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • You will be given an exercise and diet journal, you will keep track of everything you eat. Your honesty only helps you.
  • Everyone show up on time at 5:45am and be ready to start at 6.
  • Don’t set yourself back by thinking you need to be on the same level as someone else. Remember, this is for you, not them!!!!!
  • Make sure you have enough sleep.
  • With our help, you will stay positive and not give up on yourself.
