KnuckleUp Fitness will be hosting a 3 hour gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu event with current ADCC and Mundials Champion Ffion Davies at our Sandy Springs location on Saturday, April 1st.

It will be April Fools Day, but this is no joke!

KnuckleUp Fitness is super excited to bring one of the very belt black belts to ever play to game to Atlanta for a 3 hour seminar. This Ffion Davies BJJ seminar is open for everyone, all levels, and from all schools, so now is your chance to meet and train with one of the most decorated female BJJ athletes around.
