World renowned instructor, athlete and fighter Kazeka Muniz held an exclusive seminar for KnuckleUp members and friends yesterday, and it was intense! We had grappling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and wrestling training under his expert tutelage, and his reputation as a devoted instructor was definitely upheld!

If you’ve never heard of Muniz, he’s the real deal with a black belt in BJJ from the renowned coach Carlos Gracie, Jr. He’s also the founder of the top rated MMA gym in England, the Wolfslair, and has acted as the strength and conditioning coach for four – count ‘em four! – Olympic gold medalists. He is a two-time World Brazilian Jiu Jitsu champion and five-time Brazilian National Champion amongst other prestigious awards.
