The KnuckleUp family just completed its last day of seminars with Grand Master Flavio Behring, a renowned 9th degree red belt in Jiu Jitsu. With more than six decades of high level competition and instruction under his belt, Behring shares the red belt title with only three other people in the world. We were honored to host such a talented fighter and instructor into our gym for two days of hard work and, believe it or not, a lot of fun too.
